When we have to travel early in the morning, we set an alarm for 4.00 AM and go to sleep.
However, sometimes, even without an alarm we wake up at the exact time we planned. This is called the BIO-CLOCK.
Many people generally believe that humans live up to 80-90 years. They also strongly believe that all disease start developing between the ages of 50-60 years. With this deep-rooted belief, they unknowingly set their bio-clock accordingly.
That is why, in most cases, people start experiencing health issues around 50-60 years of age. Without realizing it, we mentally set up our bio-clock in the wrong way.
In China, many people believe that can live up to 120 years in good health. With this strong mental conviction, they have tuned their bio-clock accordingly.

- If we mentally adjust our bio-clock with positive thoughts, and practice meditation, yoga, swimming regularly, we can at least live healthy for 100 years.
- We must believe that there is no chances of diseases affecting us between the ages of 40 years and 90 years. We should strongly believe that old age begins only at 120 years.
- If you have grey hair, color it naturally. Try to look youthful. Especially in terms of dressing, try to wear clothes similar to men and women as much as possible, This will boost your confidence levels. Under no circumstances should you allow your mind to perceive yourself as old.
- Do not eat food with negative thoughts, thinking it is adulterated or unhealthy. Instead, firmly believe that: “With the power of meditation, the food I consume is purified and transformed into a source of eternal youth, complete health, and a long life of 120 years.” Otherwise, negative thoughts will trigger the release of harmful enzymes in our bodies, damaging our digestive system and overall health.
- Anyways stay active. Instead of just walking, try jogging if possible.
- Believe that as you age, your health improves. (This is actually true.)
- Happiness and illness cannot coexist. – Where there is one, the other cannot exist. So, stay happy to stay healthy.
Watch comedy movies daily, and laugh out loud, not just in your mind!
Every problem originates from our mind — our thought process, and especially our words. Even as a joke, never say,
“I am getting old.”
