HOME REMEDY I:-

CUMIN, LEMON AND HONEY:-

Take 2 tsp cumin powder, 1 lemon, and 1 tsp honey and 1 cup warm water. Cut lemon into small pieces and make lemon juice with strainer. Mix lemon juice and 1 tsp cumin powder with warm water. Add 1 tsp honey to it. Drink it in the morning on an empty stomach. Can lose 10 kgs weight  within 30 days. 

 

HOME REMEDY 2:-

CUMIN POWDER AND YOGURT:-

Take 1 tsp cumin powder and 50 grams yogurt. Make cumin powder and yogurt with 1 cup of water. Take it every morning on empty stomach. Can lose 15 kgs weight within 30 days. 

 

HOME REMEDY 3:-

LEMON, BLACK PEPPER, AND HONEY:-

Take 1 lemon, 1 tsp black pepper, 1 tsp honey and 1 cup warm water. Cut 1 lemon into small pieces and extract lemon juice. Mix 1 1/2 tsp black pepper and 1 tsp honey with warm water. Add lemon juice with it. Drink it every morning on empty stomach. Can lose 15 kgs weight within 30 days. 

 

HOME REMEDY 4:-

GINSENG AND HONEY:-

Take American or Korean Ginseng and 1 tsp honey. Chop Ginseng and make paste in blender. Mix 1 tsp ginseng paste with 1 cup water. Warm it for 5 minutes and strain it. Add 1 tsp honey with it. Drink in morning and evening. Can lose 20 kgs weight within 30 days. 

 

HOME REMEDY 5:-

GINGER, LEMON, AND HONEY:-

Take 2 inches Ginger roots, 1 Lemon, 1 tsp honey and 2 cups of water. Cut lemon into small pieces and extract the juice. Chop ginger roots and add 2 cups of water. Boil for 6 minutes and strain it. After cooling it, add 1 tsp honey and lemon juice with it. Drink TWICE a day. Can lose 15 kgs weight within 30 days. 

 

HOME REMEDY 6:-

CORIANDER POWDER, CUMIN POWDER, FENNEL SEEDS AND HONEY:-

Take 2 tsp coriander powder, 1 tsp cumin powder, 1 tsp of fennel seeds, 1 tsp of honey and 1 glass of water. Mix 2 tsp of fennel seeds with 1 glass of water and boil it for 5 minutes. After cooling, add 1 tsp honey, 2 tsp coriander powder, 1 tsp honey, 2 tbsp coriander powder and 1 tsp cumin powder with it. Drink TWICE a day. Can lose 20 kgs weight within 30 days. 

 

HOME REMEDY 7:-

COFFEE:-

Take 1 cup water and 1 tsp of coffee. Boil water for 4 minutes. Add 1 tsp of coffee. Make BLACK COFFEE. Drink it after meals. Take it 10 minutes after lunch and dinner. It prevents against growth of fat cells after taking meals. Reduces WEIGHT. Can reduce 10 kgs weight in 30 days.
